Your event will not be visible to customers until you publish it. You can make changes without anyone seeing the work in progress. When your event listing is complete and you are ready to start offering tickets to the public, select the "Publish" button. Customers will then be able to view your event and purchase tickets.
Stripe releases funds to you seven days after each sale.
The Locarius app allows event organizers to scan tickets for verification. - Login to the Locarius app, tap the menu in the app's upper-left corner and then select the "Verify Tickets" option. - The verification screen will display a "NO DATA" message and a "SCAN TICKET" button at the bottom of the screen. - The first time you tap the "SCAN TICKET" button, you will be prompted to allow the app to access the camera. You must allow access to the camera to scan tickets. - Once you've allowed camera access, the screen will display what the camera sees. The non-shaded area is where you will capture the QR code of a ticket. - Aim your device so that the QR code occupies the non-shaded space. - You will hear a beep when the scanning is complete. - The screen will display a large checkmark and the word "SUCCESS" for a valid ticket. An invalid ticket will display a large X and the word "FAILED".
The Locarius app is available on the Google Play and Apple App Store. Currently, we are supporting Android version 6 (Marshmallow) and Apple iOS version 14 and above.
Locarius uses Stripe as our payment processor. Millions of businesses use Stripe to accept payments, send payouts, and manage their businesses online. You need a Stripe account to sell tickets on the Locarius platform and receive the payouts from your sold tickets.

No. Locarius combats ticket fraud by eliminating paper from the equation. You must have the Locarius app on your mobile device to access your tickets. Event organizers scan your QR code directly from the app on your phone. Locarius QR codes are continuously regenerated, so a screenshot or paper copy of the code is useless as it is only valid for a very short time.
