On Friday September 06th, join our team at Ada Culinary Studio as we walk you through an exciting menu that replicates some traditional dishes from different regions of Greece! We will explain each dish and talk about how each component is prepared and how they compliment one another.

With limited Greek food available here in PEI, we are excited to showcase what we've researched!

Marinarismenes Elies - marinated olives

Feta Meza - feta dip

Midia Gemista - stuffed mussels

Tsouknidokalamara & Kalamarakia Tighanita - squid with nettles; fried baby squid

Mantoudia - stuffed pasta, pork, bulgur, allspice

Astakos Psitos me Feta - lobster tail, feta

Souvlaki Kotopoulo - chicken, peppers, pita, tzatziki

Saragli - almonds, phyllo, honey syrup

Our dining room is a unique, open concept which is designed to encourage making connections with our culinary team and other guests. Our tables are custom made and seat 4. With this in mind, we do not assign seats and if you purchase any number of tickets other than 4, you will be seated with other guests.

Seating is first come first serve, doors open at 6:30 PM and dinner begins at 7:00 PM. Bar service will be available throughout the evening.
