To celbrate the BIS 200-year anniversary, the Benevolent Irish Society of PEI will host this special event at the Tignish Legion. The reason the BIS is hosting this free event is to acknowledge the contribition of the Irish people in Western PEI who contributed so much to the well-being and prosperity of PEI since the late 1700s. This is a free event, first come first serve for 250 people. We are asking that attendees sign up so that we can prepare enough refreshments. Eddy Quinn and John B Webster will be performing with local daugter of the area Keelin Wedge performing as well.
