Through guided movement, accessing a medium of play and infinite exploration, this workshop will teach beginner-intermediate hula hoop skills: this class will circle through skills learned in the PART ONE session, going deeper to create smoother , sensual , playful dance flows and easy buildable routines to take home should you choose to continue journeying through hoops!
