June 7, 2025 7-9pm - Dave Mundy returns to The Battery Cafe

Born on the Mississippi, and bred in Athens, Georgia, Dave Mundy has been sharing soul and salvation all over St. John's, NL for 10 years now. He uses harmonica, ukulele, spoons and a warm voice to deliver a timeless delta blues and folk experience. Looking suffering in the eye and choosing to feel better, his many styles of blues and folk are delivered with heart and soul. Dave is a prolific songwriter and has just released an album called “Make Me Down”. All 3 albums were nominated by MusicNL for Blues Recording of the Year.

Our max capacity is 35 so larger groups (>3 people) should purchase tickets well ahead of time. Walk-ins may be available on the day of the show - please drop in or call 709-722-9167 to confirm.

Our Kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.

Please arrive at least 15 mins early to get seated and avoid the rush. Groups of 3 or more will be assigned a table; free seating for singles and couples. Please check in with our staff before seating yourself.

Seats will be held for 30 mins after the show start, after which they may be given to walk-ins. Tickets can also be transferred - login to https://locarius.io/.
