Breath & Belonging is a guided breathwork journey honoring the strength, resilience, and beauty of our community. This 2-hour gathering blends Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), gentle movement, and shared reflection to support connection, healing, and self-discovery.
What to Expect:

1. What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful conscious breathing practice that helps regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and promote deep healing. Using Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), we tap into the body's natural ability to process stress, clear energetic blockages, and cultivate a sense of clarity and
Peace.
2. What are the benefits of breathwork?

3. What do I need to bring to this event?
-Yoga matt/ blanket as you will be laying down.
-Wear comfortable clothing.
-A journal and pen to write down your intentions/ reflections.
-Sunscreen as we will be outside.
-A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.
-Optional: pillow for extra comfort and anything else that brings you comfort.
4. Who is your facilitator?
Kaitlyn Gillelan (she/they) is a certified Breathwork practitioner with a focus on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and collective healing. Her work is grounded in care, inclusivity, and trauma-informed practices; making breath-based tools accessible to people of all identities and lived experiences.
