Frequently asked questions
Who are these seminar events for?
The information presented in these seminars are tailored for municipal leaders (e.g. Mayors, Council, Chief Administrative Officers, Staff) and for community leaders (e.g. Executive Directors, Management Staff of NGOs). If you are not in either of these categories, you can still attend, but the information may not be as relevant to your field.
What kinds of information will be presented?
The seminar will feature three separate presentations: First, a PEI lawyer will be helping you to understand different forms of harassment under the law, and what actions you can take under each of them. Secondly, SHIFT PEI will share content from their work addressing sexual harassment in workplaces. Lastly, the Coalition will share their latest work on tackling online harassment.
