On Wednesday, November 25th, join our team at Ada Culinary Studio as we celebrate the release of Chef Adam Loo's brand new memoir titled Let Rise. For those that have already been to Ada, you know the concept is very family-focused and there are several references to many of the family members that helped shape what Ada is today. In this new memoir, Chef Adam speaks about growing up in a small town and how he navigated through two traumatic experiences in the losses of his beloved father and brother. This story is about more than just a culinary journey, it's about a journey through life and chasing one's dreams to create their own success in their home town.
Guests will be treated to an evening of memorable dishes that are referenced in the book. Chef Adam will share stories throughout the evening and each guest will receive their own signed copy of Let Rise.
Our dining room is a unique, open concept which is designed to encourage making connections with our culinary team and other guests. For any tickets booked other than 4 total, you will be seated with other guests.
Seating is first come first serve, doors open at 6:00 PM and food begins around 6:30 PM. Bar service will be available throughout the evening.
