PEI Legion Choir celebrates the season with two Charlottetown performances

Charlottetown, PE — The PEI Legion Choir invites Islanders to gather in song and celebration this December for A Canadian Christmas: Songs of Winter, Songs of Home — a heartfelt concert honouring the music and traditions that shape our shared story.

Audiences will have two opportunities to experience the performance:

• Tuesday, December 9 at 7:00 p.m. at the Carrefour de l’Isle-Saint-Jean (5 Acadian Drive, Charlottetown)

From the early settlers who carried carols from their villages and chapels to the diverse voices that now fill our communities, A Canadian Christmas explores how music has always been a meeting of worlds. Each melody — whether born in the snow-covered hills of the Maritimes, the heart of the frigid plains, or far beyond — has found a new home here, woven into the harmony that defines Canada’s spirit.
