About this event
We are delighted to announce our signature event series at Ada Culinary Studio for 2026, the Tales of our Island event. This is a unique event with a Prince Edward Island focused menu. Each dish will be explained by our team of chefs and each dish is specifically named after a story that goes beyond the ingredients.
This interactive dining experience in our open-kitchen concept is a true representation of the collaborative relationships that are so prominent here in Prince Edward Island between our fishers, farmers, chefs, and guests. Each of these carefully designed courses will create new memorable moments for you through stories and of course, food.
Menu:
Welcome Toast - bubbly from our partners at Benjamin Bridge
1st Course - From Nana's Kitchen - rolls, compound butter
2nd Course - A Farmer's Spotlight - seasonal and innovative (this course rotates and features a local farmer based on the season)
3rd Course - From East to West - crudo of atlantic canadian blue fin tuna
4th Course - Two Best Friends - island beef short rib, duchesse potatoes, variety of farmers' vegetables
5th Course - The Kitchen Pantry - nana's cookie tin, blueberry grunt, ice cream
Our dining room is a unique, open concept which is designed to encourage making connections with our culinary team and other guests. Our tables are custom made and seat 4. With this in mind, we do not assign seats and if you purchase any number of tickets other than 4, you will be seated with other guests.
Seating is first come first serve, doors open at 5:30 PM and dinner begins at 6:30 PM. Bar service will be available throughout the evening.
After closing remarks, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy beverages as our bar will remain open until 11:00 PM.
