This was one of my most popular workshops last year and I'm so excited to bring it back for National Poetry Month 2026!
Get ready to flex your creative muscles and join us for a month-long journey of writing 30 poems in 30 days! This series is for anyone looking to commit to a daily writing practice and to challenge themselves by exploring their poetic side.
The event kicks off on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 5pm (ADT) with a virtual event so you can join us from anywhere! You will receive a pdf with prompts, activities, and tips to guide your writing. We will have another virtual session on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5pm (ADT) to check-in and reinvigorate our daily practice. You will also get access to a private Facebook poetry group where you can share your daily creations, ask questions, and motivate and encourage yourself and fellow poetry pals.

About the facilitator - Julie Bull
Julie Bull (they/them) is an award-winning poet and spoken word artist who has self-published two solo poetry collections and three community anthologies since 2020. They have performed at dozens of events, led numerous workshops, and are the co-founder of Queer Poetry Club in Charlottetown.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. If you cannot attend, your registration fee gets put into a fund to support the low-barrier and free workshops offered throughout the year. Thank you for supporting the community in this way. You will receive the self-directed workbook, whether or not you can attend the live virtual session(s).
