About this event
This March, join special guests and the Coalition for Women's Leadership for an evening Pink Tea event!
Now Brewing - The Foundations of Leadership
Attendees will enjoy brilliant sandwiches, desserts, tea and other beverages from Tyne Valley Teas while creating art focused on what leadership means to you. Guest speakers will share their views on leadership as we craft the future together. The event will end with a last activity thanking a woman or gender-diverse person who inspires you. There will be supplies to create a collage, colouring books/blank pages for drawing, or foil art crafts. This event is in partnership with the Chinese Society of PEI.
All ages welcome! Childcare and mileage reimbursements will be available to attendees.

What food will be there?

There will be tea, juice, and water available to drink. No alcohol will be served.
Do we need to arrive at 5:30pm?
Not at all! Please arrive any time before 6:00pm to ensure you can fully participate in the activities. Food will be first-come-first-serve.
I don't have a babysitter, can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your children to this event. Please email us if you need any special supports, toys, or other materials for them. If you do find a babysitter, we will provide a reimbursement for you.
What do I wear to this event?
You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. Our team will likely be wearing casual dresses, or dress pants with a nice top/sweater. While this is a chance to dress up if you wish, you do not need to!
I am traveling from outside Charlottetown to the event. Is there support for this transit cost?
Yes, the Coalition works to removal barrier's to women's participation in leadership activities - and one of those barriers can be transportation. We will have mileage reimbursement forms available for those travelling into Charlottetown for either event.
