Les Fidèles du Fiddle - 2026 PEI Mutual Festival of Small Halls
Sun, June 14, 2026, 6:30 PM (AST)

About this event
In French, “Les Fidèles” means “those who are loyal” — fittingly named, as this performance celebrates those who are loyal to the fiddle. This bilingual play on words showcases an evening featuring fiddlers from various cultures and regions, all playing the universal language of music.
Hailing from Regina, Saskatchewan, up-and-coming prairie fiddle sensation Emily Dubois (featuring Gammons and Knorr) will kick things off with flatland fiddle stylings sure to knock the socks off the East Coast crowd.
Followed by two Acadians acts: New Brunswick’s La Famille LeBlanc, who have dedicated their lives to the promotion of Acadian traditional music, both in the region and around the world and PEI's very own Gadelle who dance and play with joy; the sound is Acadian, the songs are French and the banter is bilingual.
Anglais ou français… young or old, this high-energy celebration promises to leave you smiling, inspired, and tapping your feet all the way home.
