The PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation is honoured to be partnering with the Canadian Cultural Society of the Deaf (CCSD) as part of their national initiative to train specialized ASL museum and gallery interpreters.

As part of this partnership, Beaconsfield Historic House will welcome interpreting interns and professionals for a series of ASL‑interpreted museum tours delivered in collaboration with our tour guides. This model ensures that both historical context and cultural nuance are communicated clearly and respectfully.
