The Jack Pine Folk Club returns to Trailside Music Hall in Charlottetown on July 14th. Doors open at 6:30 pm, with showtime at 7:30 pm.

The Jack Pine Folk Club channels the spirit of a 1960s folk coffeehouse, as host Shane Pendergast leads an intimate evening of music, poetry, and revelry. Joining the show is Nova Scotian folk/alt-country songwriter Rudy Pacé, who brings a collection of heartfelt songs and an off-the cuff humorous banter. 

The evening also features traditional piper/whistler Spencer Murray (Come From Away). In 2017 he became the first and only Canadian to receive a Master’s degree in Uilleann piping from the renowned University of Limerick traditional music program. 

Rounding out the evening is poet Cybelle Rieber. 

A must-see for folk music lovers, the show promises connection, culture, and timeless magic.
