We'll walk through green spaces and along the Confederation Trail while learning how to identify and use a range of edible and medicinal plants commonly found in urban areas. I encourage people to use ALL their senses in plant identification, and so we'll touch, smell, and even taste a few. Once you start seeing the wild foods that are all around us, you'll never look at the landscape the same way again!

This site is flat and we'll be on mowed grass and a hard-packed trail. The event goes rain or shine (within reason). This event is free, but capped at a maximum of 25 people to ensure the group size is manageable, and so tickets are required. The exact meeting location will be sent to everyone who registers prior to the event.
