Intermediate Course - Prior Rigid Heddle experience required.

IThis class is for rigid heddle weavers who want to learn the fundamentals of weaving with a pick up stick!  Faye will also be using floating edges (or selvedges ).

Faye will explain the technique of using 1 pick up stick with the rigid heddle, turning your loom into a 3 shaft loom and why the use of floating edges is handy when doing patterns on the loom.

Students are to bring their looms warped with a neutral color warp approximately 10 inches wide and 40-50 inches long using a 7.5 or 10 dent reed. This sample will allow us to try different pick up stick patterns, allowing participants to pick their favorite pattern for their project!

Students are to bring their pre warped loom, shuttles, and pick up stick if they have one
