Small Business Week Workshop: Personality Dimensions®: Personalities & Potential Unlocked
Wed, October 21, 2026, 1:00 PM (AST)

About this event
Celebrate Small Business Week with Central Coastal Tourism Partnership and the Kensington & Area Chamber of Commerce for an interactive Personality Dimensions® workshop facilitated by Workplace Learning PEI.
Working with people is at the heart of tourism and small business. Whether you’re leading a team, working alongside coworkers, welcoming visitors, or serving customers, understanding how different people communicate, approach tasks, and respond to situations can make a real difference.
Personality Dimensions® is an interactive tool that helps you better understand yourself and others. Participants will discover their unique Personality Profile and learn about the four Personality Dimensions before coming together for an interactive in-person session.
During the workshop, you’ll work with others in your Personality Dimensions colour group, explore the characteristics and preferences associated with each dimension, and discuss how to communicate and work more effectively with people across all four groups.
These insights can be applied to team building, communication, conflict management, customer service, leadership development, and different working and learning preferences — making the session particularly relevant for small business owners, tourism operators, managers, supervisors, and team members.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of yourself and the people around you, along with practical insights you can bring back to your workplace.
