The Mill River Comedy Show makes its triumphant return and is bringing with it some of the greatest comedic talent Canada has to offer. Curated and hosted by PEI comedian Shawn Hogan, this year he's bringing with him some of the best of the best in Canadian comedy for TWO NIGHTS ONLY.
Making his Mill River Comedy Show debut will be none other than JEFF MCENERY!
JEFF MCENERY:
Jeff McEnery won the prestigious "Tim Sims Encouragement Award" and directly followed that up by winning the title of "Yuk Yuk's $25,000 Great Canadian Laugh Off Champion" as well as “Best Stand Up Newcomer” at the Canadian Comedy Awards. Since then, Jeff has made multiple appearances at every major Canadian comedy festival including the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and the Halifax Comedy Festival. He has been nominated for “Best Male Stand Up” at the Canadian Comedy Awards and his one hour "Comedy Now!" standup special aired nationally on CTV. You may have also seen him on television as an actor, playing such recurring roles as Alexander on the legendary hit show Letterkenny, a lead role in the movie Dog Pound, or as his many guest appearances on Murdoch Mysteries, Covert Affairs, and The Jon Dore Television Show. As a television writer, McEnery is a graduate of the Vancouver Film School’s Writing for Film and Television Program and was a story consultant on the CBC's Still Standing.

Shawn Hogan is a Mill River PEI born and raised comedian who has honed his skills on the biggest stages across the country over the last 15 years.
He has made consecutive national television appearances as part of the Halifax Comedy Festival, has been a featured comedian on CBC Radio's "The Debaters" and "Laugh Out Loud", and most recently was hand picked to open for Gerry Dee in front of a sold out audience at the Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown, PEI. He has produced and starred in hundreds of sold out shows across the East Coast, but nothing brings him joy more than performing to a Mill River, PEI crowd.

When and where is the show?
The Mill River Comedy Show runs for two nights only, FRIDAY NOV 27 and SATURDAY NOV 28 in the Hogan Convention Room at Mill River Resort. Doors open at 7:00pm with the show starting at 8:00PM, and it usually wraps up at about 9:45/10:00PM.
Who's performing?
Hosted by Mill River/PEI's own SHAWN HOGAN and this year will be headlined by award winning comedian JEFF MCENERY, making his Mill River Comedy Show debut. You might know Jeff as Alexander on Crave TV's huge hit show Letterkenny, from his CTV Comedy Now! special, or from his appearances at the Just for Laughs comedy festival. The show will also be featuring a special guest, so stay tuned!
Is it the same show both nights?
Yes, same lineup both nights. Your ticket is for the night you select at checkout.
How much are tickets?

What happens after the show?
Mill River Resort will be featuring live musical entertainment upstairs in the bar after the show, along with a happy hour menu of drinks and food.
Is seating reserved?
This show is general admission, first come first served. Luckily, there aren't any bad seats in the place, but if you prefer your group to sit near the front we highly suggest arriving at 7pm sharp.
Is the show suitable for all ages?
We aim for funny, that's our main goal! We do suggest that audience members be 19+ because there may be adult content, so mature audiences recommended.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, but if you can't make it you have options. Tickets can be: - transferred to someone else - transferred to next year's Mill River Comedy Show - transferred to another event produced by Shawn Hogan To arrange a transfer, email shawn@shawnhoganproductions.com at least 48 hours before showtime. If a show is cancelled, ticket holders may choose a refund or transfer.
